Diagnostics & Intervention

"For the student, the knowledge that he is dyslexic is empowering. It provides him with self-understanding and self-awareness of what he has and what he needs to do in order to succeed."

Client Testimonials

  • "When my daughter first started seeing Maggie for her dyslexia, she was shy, quiet and struggled with low self esteem. Maggie was the perfect fit for her. She was sweet, and personable which made her feel comfortable. My daughter always disliked going to school but she looked forward to her sessions with Maggie! She made learning to read fun and engaging rather than feeling like a chore. She was such a blessing and I am so grateful for the impact she has had on my daughter. Because of her, my daughter enjoys reading and is now a confident young woman. I cannot recommend Maggie enough, she truly has a gift for helping children feel capable, confident and excited to learn."

  • "Our daughter was in third grade when her teacher wondered if dyslexia was a factor in her reading progress. It was. Maggie worked with our daughter through elementary school and again in high school for booster support before college. Maggie has given her the tools to be successful in school, but even better, has helped her confidence grow and made reading fun so that she now chooses to read. We couldn't ask for more."

  • "It's great how calm Ms. Maggie is. There are times I get frustrated and she's always calm and encouraging."

    -Current client testimonial

  • "My grandson has been working with Ms. Maggie for several years. He's been diagnosed with a reading disability and language disorder. He sees Ms. Maggie twice a week and, since he started, I've seen a huge improvement in his reading. He also tackles his homeschool spelling assignments without any help. Maggie's methods have really helped him to understand words as well."

  • "Maggie helped me overcome my dyslexia and become a confident writer. My greatest passion is writing thanks to her patience and friendship. I would highly recommend her for any writing or grammar support."
